ADAPTATION POLICY

A 120 days non-adapt or redo on Prairie Digitals of equal or lesser value will be extended; if a more expensive lens is used the difference will be charged. Single Vision and Bifocal redos are offered within 120 days at no charge. For all other lenses, Prairie Ophthalmics will honor the lens manufacturer’s warranties. Additional redos within 120 days will be done at 50%. No discounted redos after 120 days, lenses will then be charged at full price.
